The Darjeeling tea offering is grown in the high-altitude foothills of the Himalayas. Teas grown in this region tend to have a stimulating taste and aroma, setting them apart from other black teas. Often called the "Queen of Indian Teas", Darjeeling is a full-bodied tea whose infused leaf produces a cup with a coppery-red sparkle and a hint of delicate fruit overtones.

Brewing Tips: The Darjeeling black tea should be made with cold, filtered water that has been brought to a rolling boil (205-212° F). Using one rounded teaspoon of loose tea or one teabag for each cup required, pour the boiling water over the tea leaves. It should be steeped for 3 minutes. Once the ideal brewing time has been reached, the leaves should be removed to prevent further steeping. Decant and enjoy!
